Hi, I’m Jazmin Jade, the artist and curator of Beanie Bear Events. My work spans across painting, sculpture, and mixed media, often blending these forms together. I embrace imperfection and experimentation, letting playfulness guide my creative process.

Art has always been my safe space, and my practice invites others to reconnect with their inner child and find comfort in imaginative, sensory experiences. I’ve had the pleasure of participating in group exhibitions, curating and creating my own group show, completing an artist residency, and presenting a solo show case. This has given me the opportunity to share my work with wider audiences, and I’m excited to continue taking on new projects and growing as an artist. I hope you enjoy being part of my world as much as I enjoy creating it.

I believe art should be tactile and immersive. I aim to create spaces where others can wander, connect, and perhaps discover something of themselves within the work.

Much of my work is dreamlike and surreal, blending abstraction with the feminine form. I’m inspired by nostalgia and curiosity, and my process is driven by layering, collecting, and assembling elements to form imagined worlds. Using materials like recycled elements, acrylic paint, and glitter, I build layers of texture, colour, and form that seamlessly merge into one another. The result is immersive, whimsical environments that feel alive and dynanic.
